For the eleventh time, Beatles Day will feature over ten hours of non-stop music from the Beatles back catalogue performed by over 250 of the area’s top musicians, singers and dancers.

Beatles Day 11 will showcase 21 acts new to Beatles Day, featuring some of the area's best up and coming young bands, including Inseminate and Stage Fright.

Also performing for the first time are fantastic blues band The Big Blue; the Plus Orchestra and the Hastings Horns. Joining local favourites including Claire Hamill, The Elevators and the Hastings Stage Studio are the very popular father and daughter duo from Norfolk, Geoff and Brooke Sharkey.
Travelling furthest is rock musician Tobias Kunzel, who is journeying all the way from Germany to play at the White Rock Theatre on Sunday, April 11th.

For the first part of the day, both stages in the White Rock Theatre will be used to fit in over 60 separate acts and guarantee an eclectic mix of performances covering almost every music genre.
The evening will finish with brilliant tribute band The Electric Beatles and a full on version of Hey Jude. Beatles Day 11 is not to be missed!

The White Rock Theatre restaurant and licensed bars will be open throughout the day and there will be merchandising stalls selling exclusive Beatles Day 11 T-shirts, posters and a large raffle with some excellent prizes including a top prize of a Sanyo 37in LCD HD ready TV, courtesy of St.Leonards electrical store Adams & Jarrett.

You are promised a great family day out enjoying some of the best music from undoubtedly the most influential pop band in history, all performed live.

All of the musicians, organisers and helpers donate their time completely free and we are very grateful for the support from our sponsors: Adams & Jarrett, Berforts Printers, Booker & Best, General Dynamics, Hastings Borough Council, Links Screens, Manor Insurance, Priory Meadow and the Ultimate Alternative. Because of them, all the money raised goes to Macmillan Cancer Support. To date, the annual event has raised over £75,000 to help local people with cancer.
Beatles Day 11 starts at midday and goes through to around 10.30pm and, with your wristband, you can come and go as you please throughout the day.
Admission is just £10 for adults, £5 for children under 14 and £25 for a family of two adults and up to 3 children under 14yrs
